The course is a balanced mix between theoretical frameworks and trainer’s 15 years of software industry experience in stories, practices and lessons! Not only you will learn about Agile in a fun and interactive way, but you will be able to pass a very serious exam that will certify your knowledge!

The trainer will remain available to all participants during the exam preparation for 30 days after the training. After training exam prep support includes e-mail support (Q&As) or video conferences.

About the Course

More and more organizations are looking for agile project management techniques to better cope with changing requirements and priorities or gradual development of the project’s deliverables.This classroom course gives an excellent introduction to the various agile methods which are based on interactive and incremental development where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams.Focus is given to adaptive planning, evolutionary development and delivery, a time-boxed iterative approach and rapid and flexible response to change.

Release/iteration planning

  • Agile planning concepts

Inside and around the iteration

Testing strategy
