PREPARATION COURSE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION

PMP® certification – validate the skills! PMP® certification signifies that its owner masters the global language of project management and has the knowledge, skills and experience to execute projects successfully. It is recognized worldwide.

OBJECTIVES

Participants to get all ins and outs about methods and techniques in project management. To master the 5 process groups and the 10 domains of knowledge of the PMI project management in order to be fully prepared and pass the PMP Certification exam.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Anyone working in a project management team, project manager, head of the project management team, experienced project manager wishing to take PMP® certification exam preparation training, to gain international recognition in project management and to integrate a network of more than 700.000 specialists worldwide.

PREREQUISITES

Knowledge of written technical English is required in order to take full advantage of this training and exam.
The PMI® has specific pre-requisites based on the level of academic qualification and experience in project management:
• For holders of secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent): 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
• For holders of a university degree or the global equivalent:, with 4,500 hours of leading and directing projects
• Justify a 35-hours of project management education (this criterion is fulfilled by completing this preparation course)

CONTENT

In line with PMBOK® Guide the course covers the project framework, the 5 Process Groups (Startup, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, Closing) as well as the 10 Knowledge Domains (Integration, Content, Deadlines, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communications, Risk, Supply, Stakeholders).

CERTIFICATE

At the end of the training a MTC Training certificate of attendance is delivered. It validates the 35 hours of project management training required by PMI®. The International PMP® Certificate is issued by PMI® (Project Management Institute) if the examination is successful.
