Our live training courses are supplemented with extensive e-learning modules. Our courses also include access to a world-leading exam simulation tool “X-AM”, which includes about 1300 test questions and optional digital learning tools.

Our learning approach
STS combines instructor-led training sessions with classical learning material and complementary digital learning tools. We focus on teaching best practices in project management while assuring that the candidates learn all the necessary knowledge and competences to pass the exam. Lessons learned and sharing experiences plays a large part in our workshops. The public course is held in English; the trainers speak French and/or German.
Learning journey
The public PMP certification preparation course is delivered in a blended learning format including an instructor-led trainings and a self-learning phase.
The journey starts with a virtual kick-off meeting, about one week before the first day of the training.
Then follows a 4-day course with individual preparation work – split into 2 blocks of 2 days. The “All inclusive” package also offers distant coaching between the self-study phase and the classroom training.
In-house course
The PMP certification preparation is also available as company-specific course, either in the same or different format – in English, French, or German. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Description:
Agile is quickly becoming the go-to method of project management for a wide range of industries and some companies expect an Agile certification from their Project Managers. The training is intended to be as interactive as possible and give the possibility to exchange, discuss examples. Our live training courses are supplemented with an exam simulation tool – X-AM (PMI-ACP ® ) which includes approximately 700 test questions. Our instructor will be available to accompany and coach you until you receive your PMI-ACP ® certification. By attending this 28-hour course, the students will learn the following topics in order to evaluate their level of knowledge related to the examination:

Structure
The virtual training includes presentations, hands-on activities, sample questions, case studies, and group discussions. The course is structured in 8 sessions. On the first day of training you will get access to the X-AM tool which is accessible during 12 months, as well as the digital copy of the PMI-ACP® Exam Prep book. After the course you’ll get a certificate from STS which you can use when you register for the Exam. Following the training and prior to the exam date, the trainer is available to support you individually, via an online communication tool or by email, to clarify any open points for the exam preparation.
