Become a certified CAPM® – PMI® Project Manager Assistant is the first step towards Certification Project Management Professional – PMP®
Participants to get all ins and outs about methods and techniques in project management. To acquire the 5 process groups and the 10 domains of knowledge of the PMI project management in order to be fully prepared and pass the CAPM Certification exam.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
A recent graduate from a professional or academic school, project assistant or a junior or professional project manager wishing to demonstrate an understanding of project management processes to effectively collaborate on projects. Any other stakeholder wishing to pass the CAPM® exam and gain international recognition in project management and join a network of more than 700,000 members worldwide.
Knowledge of written technical English is required in order to take full advantage of this training and exam.
The PMI® has specific pre-requisites based on the level of academic qualification and experience in project management:
• For holders of secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
• 1,500 hours of project experience
• 23 hours of project management education completed by the time you seat for the exam (this criterion is fulfilled by completing this preparation course)
In line with PMBOK® Guide the course covers the project framework, the 5 Process Groups (Startup, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, Closing) as well as the 10 Knowledge Domains (Integration, Content, Deadlines, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communications, Risk, Supply, Stakeholders).
